I help individuals and couples improve their romantic and family relationships. I believe that healthy relationships are the key to creating happiness.

My Credentials

I hold a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I am currently registered as a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. Prior to helping individuals and couples in private practice, I worked as a counselor in Orange County low-income areas. As a counselor in Orange County I have devoted my life to helping others. In 2004 I was granted the Olive Crest award for outstanding volunteer work serving abused children.

I aim to help people achieve happiness by creating loving relationships that last a life-time.

I understand the pain of relationship struggles. I limit the hours I work in order to ensure that I can give each of my clients the full attention they deserve. I believe that quality relationships form the basis of our well-being, and I devote myself to helping clients have the most rewarding relationships possible.

How do you improve relationships?

I use a combination of both proven techniques and personal techniques developed by my specialization. My underlying principles come from psychodynamic and object relations theory. This is a way of understanding how a person relates to others based on the patterns learned in their most significant relationship experiences - usually their relationship with their parents.

I believe that people have the innate capacity to heal themselves when they are given the right environment. I strive to create an atmosphere of warmth and understanding. I believe that given these conditions, people will find happiness and fulfillment in their own terms.
